    I am still not able to latch on 4g signals of reliance in Mumbai circle. I am talking about mobile Sim and not wipod. Tried in many phones including lyf. My son was not patched as it was a may packed Sim and I was able to get 3g data without patching. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

  6. Probably in all circle except Delhi, the migrated 4G users are still unable to latch on to 4G network of either RCom/JIO.

  8. If I go to Rcom website , enter my number under Instant recharge section it gives me option to recharge. Similar in Instacare. Mumbai circle.
  9. Recharge Values have been updated on Reliance Website for Instant recharge and also on recharge section of Instacare app. However no data pack available as of now.

    Rcom will be mostly using its own 850 mh spectrum for cdma services. Whether it can latch on Jio's network or not that remains to be seen. Rcom, on its own will have 4g network on 850mhz band in all license area after Mts merger. The advantage with band 5 is better indoor coverage and we can expect data coverage comparable to CDMA. Also, most of our newer imported phones from USA will support Band 5, while they may not support Band 3 or 40. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

    My suggestion is dont port out unless you are pretty sure that RCom /Aircel coverage in your area is bad. If coverage is good, then there is no point in porting out. Tariff for all networks is almost same. Also, after switching to Relaince GSM waitfor approximately 1 monthfor 4g services to be active. But after that coverage of 4g shall be at par with CDMA.     On my recent trip to Maharashtra Circle 3G data worked on ICR with Tata Docomo. Even in Mumbai sometimes my sim is sometimes able to latch on Tata N/w. I can see Reliance 4G network but currently unable to latch on it, will go to a good signal area and test again. Using Note 5 Sprint.

    The savings on electricity alone can not justify the added cost of an inverter AC but when you consider the enhanced comfort offered by inverter AC, it is definitely worth every penny. Inverter AC's, like normal star rated AC's , also have different efficiency figures. If an inverter has same EER at 100% capacity as that of a noninverter AC, you can expect around 20% electricity saving.

    Yes, initial lot of sim cards were lacking some setting. They have provided the required software to gallery , it takes 2 minutes to update the software in the sim card after which your sim card will be able to get data. Those who got their sim cards in later batches are facing no such problem.
  24. I think I have the answer now. Did some research on net. XT1093 model number is shared by three operators, ntelos, carolina west wireless and Us cellular. While first two are NV unlocked, the US cellular one is sim locked via some nv settings. That's why we are able to scan network but unable to latch on it. Correct me if I am wrong.
  25. @dr.faramroze Okay, i tried all these steps on moto x 2nd gen us cellular. To get LTE menu i flashed it with android 6 firmware of moto x pure edition. I can scan all gsm and jio lte network, however unable to latch on any network. Tried with mtnl, vodafone and airtel sim cards and reliance sim as well. The problem may be due to fact that it always shows network locked symbol at the beginning and asks for unlock code which i dismiss. But that thing may be preventing phone to lqtch on to a network.
