Recently i found out one more thing, i had no problems getting EVDO at home until recently due to a high rise near by i stopped getting the EVDO signal. i had no problem at my office. but at home the speeds were at 1x only.. i never knew i was not getting EVDO at home. i was on unlimited plan till then. only after complaining @ Webworld about speeds at home their reps came at home with some equip, got to know the guys real well. they told me due to a new high rise in my area, there is a shadow around my house. guess wht?? Reliance will NEVER add a new EVDO card to solve this problem unless they are generating a 5 figure income from that. thats what the webworld owner told me. so now on wifi at home and office with 1gb/month plan. why spend when the service s**ks.

Back up all your media. Flash FC09 with Odin 1.83 get the pit file also. Make sure auto reboot, F.Reet and Phone EFS Clear are ticked. Once it reboots you will have to program the phone again with PRL and NV items. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2

If you have root access, go to system/build.prop file. Change permissions to R/W, press and hold build.prop file, under menu use text editor to open it. Go to last line and add these two lines ro.config.hwft_MatchNum=7 ro.config.hwft_MatchNumShort=7 Save and exit. Reboot your phone. Try this and let us know if it helped. Thanks to doc_anurag for giving me his Epic. Recently my mom's Epic had a cracked front glass. Recently the screen went from Orange to purple to dead black, can receive calls only. Today's strike gave me loads of time to swap the mother boards. Below are some pics. Left is my mom's phone. Back cover and battery removed. Main housing screws removed. Main housing removed with the side buttons, speaker and antenna connecting wires. Main connector connecting the screen removed. One more connector removed. Under data your MIN is missing that's why others get busy signal when they try to call you. You can manually enter your MDN and MIN under ##DATA#, only mess with this if you know your MIN what is of no use. Just follow the link which had sent in your earlier post and flash the NV and PRL using CDMA workshop or qspt that should take care all your problems. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2

Download the latest firmware, Odin it with Odin 1.8*, make sure you tick "Phone EFS Clear" and flash, then you have to program your phone, flash PRL and NV items provided by your dealer, if you do not have them, request for the same with your dealer, once you get those flash. Are you rooted? Or stock, if you have root, it will not update. Get the OTA rootkeeper from Google play, unroot. You gotta download it and update. Please read properly and follow. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2

I have been in my S3 Sprint from Parin Bhai, I have never felt the phone heating up abnormally. Recently I did a 14 hours drive from my place to Bangalore and back with my GPS and navigation on, and also connected to Usb charger through out, the car was running AC through out, again no heating up. The # codes don't work on CM10 like JB. You need a script manager and a script to get into Diag mode, try the below link. 0.2mbps at full traffic. 2mbps I have recorded many times early morning, sometimes on Sunday. Depends on what kinda b/w is allocated to that area. Not sure about HTC, I suggest you test and then decide. I get anywhere between 0.5mbps to 1mbps at any given time. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
