Connecting Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ with Android Tablet?

hi, i am a newbie to this forum, i wanted to know if any new easier solution has come in these last couple of months to connect the reliance netconnect + usb modem (huawei ec159) to an android tablet as i have looked all over google and still haven't been able to find a solution to connect the usb dongle directly on the tablet, any help assistance and guidance would be appreciately alot
