  2. Sony System Dav-dz120 (n33)

^^^ My dear Chandan, don't pay a single peny to them at all. As you had reported the problem through e-mail within the guarantee period. They now can't argue with you that you had reported late. Instead try contacting some senior level person in the service centre itself and your problem will be sorted out free of cost. And if they tell you that they had visited your house in the past and no one was their, then you need not to be worried about this also. As this is the duty of the technician to try atleast two attempts for visiting your house. In this case also they are responsible. Say, if you or any of your family member is not present at the first attempt then why didn't the technician tried for the second attempt. Nor they left any STICKY / NOTE at your door, which normally every company's technicians left at the door, if no-one is present at the premises. In all, I can say that you need not be worry at all. Try contacting some senior person at the service centre and your problem will be resolved without any issue. Regards.

  9. Cdma+gsm Dual Phones Without Fm

^^^ My dear Asit, I don't have the model number for these handsets. I had seen these dual sim handsets with FM and TV when I had gone to purchase one for myself. The only thing lacks in these Chinese dual sim handsets with FM and TV is that the camera is VGA. It is only 0.3 MP. Thats why I didn't purchased the handset with FM. Other model available are with 1.3 MP camera but they lacks FM and TV. Regards.
  10. Cdma+gsm Dual Phones Without Fm

^^^ My dear Asit, you are right that maximum of the dual mode handsets lacks FM feature in them. But some of the chinese dual handsets (gsm+cdma) are available in the market with FM as well as TV. Can't say why these branded manufacturers avoiding these features. May be its due to high batter consumption of these dual mode handsets. Regards.

  23. Dual SIM Handsets From Samsung Look Good The D880 is first up and this Dual SIM handset is capable of handling 2 GSM SIM cards in one device. It has a 2.2-inch QVGA display with a 240 x 320 pixel resolution. It comes equipped with a 3 megapixel camera, auto-focus naturally. Other features include an integrated FM radio, MP3 player and Bluetooth. It’s sleek and may look like any other Samsung phone but perfect for dual personalities, wouldn’t you say? It should be out in a month or so with a price tag of a bit over Rs. 15,000. No official information on those details yet though and according to the sources here, the phone may also be out with some more features when it’s officially released. Next up in the Dual SIM section is the CDMA/GSM compatible N20. It’s a superb slider with a touch screen, Bluetooth, microSD memory expansion, FM radio and media player. The best part is it’ll work with any CDMA provider in the country and obviously the same goes for GSM. It also has a 2 megapixel camera.
  24. ^^^ Thanks my dear friend for the great link. It will be helpful to many. I should say will be helpfull to all. As many people who wants to complain doesn't even know about these kind of redressel sites. Regards.
  25. ^^^ @Tanu My dear friend, Trai had ordered all operators to charge for CLIP as an optional service. That means if a subscriber needs a CLIP facility then only the operator can charge for it. Earlier the CLIP service was mandatory and was charged as per the tariff plans. Clip charges is optional in this "pay as you go" plan also. Actually, when you had given the request to change your net-connect plan, it was their duty to ask you that if you want the optional CLIP service or not. Regards.
