@KumaarShah Well said my dear friend. All private GSM operators follow Airtel for their tariff revision. Actually all these operators are copycats. They are master in copying others. And the Vodafone is the biggest COPYCAT apart from others. AIRTEL is the KING. Atleast they dare to reduce tariffs and create some competition in the market. Regards.

@rbdhoot My dear friend, it is 100% confirmed that all calls which we make to CC are being recorded. Although they have to type in some important things which we discussed with them, so that they must not need to hear all recorded conversations again and again. Just ask to any CC guy and they themselves will tell you that the call is being recorded. @abc2005 My dear friend, why didn't you filed the complaint with CC people. If I was in your place than not only I took the waiver of this amount but should had extracted some extra benefits from them for unnecessary harassment. You can still file the complaint and get the waiver. So take the first step right now. Don't allow these operators to take you granted. Regards.

^^^ @anilkaye My dear friend here in India you have to pay extra for Itemised Bills. If you want your call details then you have to pay some bucks extra apart of your monthly rentals and you will get the itemised bill for you outgoing calls. And data charges are for Internet Usage. If you didn't used internet services than you must file a complaint with CC and you will get the adjustments in your next bill. Regards.

My dear friends. TATA has introduced a new UNLIMITED data plan for a monthly rental of Rs.1000/- for its Data Card users. Earlier their was no unlimited plan available from TATA. It was confirmed by me from TATA True Value shop as well as Customer Care. Now its the time for Reliance to follow the suit. Otherwise it will be very difficult for Reliance to fetch the sales of its Data Card. One negative point in TATA data card is that we can't make voice calls through their data card (Plug2Surf). Where as in Reliance their is a facility to make voice calls also. Regards.

@Ramchi My dear friend the speed of TATA data card is quite reasonable but less than Reliance Data Cards. Tata peaple says that they are providing the same speed of 153 kbps on this unlimited plans. @KumaarShah I 100% agree with you my dear friend. He must extract something extra from them for unnecessary harassment. And ofcourse, all these calls are recorded from their side. These recorded transcripts can be available with them for nearly 6months to 12 months. Many times I had made complaints to Vodafone and Reliance for matters which were nearly 4-5 months old and they still knows what conversation was made between me and CC people on that particular day. That means they must maintain the records of these conversations for upto 1 year or may be much more than that. Now a days Vodafone and Airtel people has started informing their customers that their calls can be recorded for the training purpose. But all these calls are being recorded from early days. In my point of view you can download Operamini browser on your handset and then you can check and send mails through your mobile only. I too had this problem. But as I downloaded this Operamini browser, I never got an error message after that. And Opera Mini is very user friendly and fast. Regards.

My dear friends, No more spectrum for Vodafone mumbai circle. Its not a good news at all. Their network sometimes been already congusted. And this problem will rise in the future. Call drops in between due to week signals are already a problem with Vodafone. Don't know why government could not increase spectrum for Vodafone in Mumbai. Regards.

^^^ @Rishikesh No need to purchase the battery from the market my dear friends. These handsets are the property of Reliance and they will replace your battery at no extra cost. Just file the complaint with Reliance that your battery is not working fine. Their Engineer will drop in the next day at your house and you will get the replacement with a brand new battery. I myself had replaced the battery two times from Reliance itself. Regards.

^^^ My dear friend in some phone models temporary files only been created if you plug-out the phone without using the "Safely remove hardware" option from the taskbar of your computer screen. But it will happen only when you connect it with computer to download files on it. I don't think that any temporary file is creating any problems to you. Why don't you go to the service centre to know the exact problem my dear friend. Regards.
