Once I got the waiver for 3 months on-net rental last year and now I get the waiver for 6 months on-net rental for 6 months. I know that many members here don't believe this. But its true. Actually its upto the person who negotiate with them. If they had made a mistake in giving you proper services related to billing or their CC people has provided false / wrong information, then surely you can tell them that you are going to surrender your number. After this they not only apologies you for their mistake but also offer you FREEBIES for not surrendering the services, if you are a good customer. But remember that it is possible only when the mistake is from Reliance's side. Otherwise it is totally impossible. So, all rimwebians try your like. May be you also get some sort of Freebies. It is better to get something instead of nothing. Regards.

@sachinrocks My dear friend its strange to hear that MTNL call centre doesn't have the manual settings for your Samsung made handset. Actually if they are providing the GPRS services to you then it is their duty to provide you the manual settings. All other cell operators provide the manual settings for different handsets to their respective customers. MTNL is always at the back foot. That's why these operators can't fetch good customer base. They are good only upto landline phones. Even their staff are not well trained to technically guide the customer. See what happens with me. I gone to a MTNL exchange in my area and ask the person of the maximum internet speed in Garuda. The gentleman told me that Garuda FWP phones doesn't support internet. What a joke. Now you can compare MTNL people with other operators. Regards.

^^^ I agree with you my dear anurag. Brands like this are only good if anyone is looking for the cheaper phones. Hutch / Vodafone is happily selling Sagem made phones right from the launch of these phones in India. Regards.

@drchandra Obviously my dear friend, why not. We can pressurise Reliance into launching an Express card version. But it will take time. Don't forget to submit your feedback to the customer care guy about this requirement. They will happily note down your feedback every time you ask them to. And many a times you receive suggestion calls from Reliance, you can ask them also. We can send mails to their R&D department also. In all, we need to take the first step and the rest will be done surely. But again I say it can time time. May be a year or so. Regards.

I too, at many times registered many complaints with Reliance, and not a single complaint of mine is pending as of now. Many times not only I got the reversals but I too got FREEBIES from Reliance, like On-net pack rentals waiver for 6 months and many more. Yes, it is true. Regards.

It may be possible that some of you must be busy with some other work or unable to come due to some unavoidable circumstances. ^^^ @caringlover Yes my dear friend, you are 100% correct. BSNL data card is also good. But in cities like MUMBAI and DELHI their is MTNL. Hopes that MTNL should also come with the same data card as of BSNL. The one negative point in BSNL data card is that their is no mobility in it. That means you have to restrict the use of BSNL data card only in the city in which you had purchased it. You can't use the same while you roam. I think here Reliance beats BSNL. Regards.
