We all know on our prepaid mobiles sometimes they deduct amount without our prior confirmation or as wrong charges. Only God knows what will happen to those moneyorders / money transfers in the near future. Regards.

^^^ I too get the same message at my mobile from 1232 my dear friends. It seems that Reliance wants to clear stocks of this handset as soon as possible. May be some other new attractive upgraded model is on its way with Reliance. Regards.

@kshah My dear friend, LG KG200 Dynamite or LG KG300 Dynamite, both are rocking handsets notonly they provide unlimited voice recording but also many other features which can be very useful for some users. I myself is using LG KG300 DYNAMITE handset and I'm very satisfied with its performance. The features which are included in these LG handsets if provided in Nokia handsets than surely one has to spend above 10,000/- bucks. The only difference in LG KG300 and LG KG200 is that LG KG300 has Bluetooth and 2 megapixel camera. LG KG200 doesn't have bluetooth and the camera is 1.3 megapixel. But all other features are the same in both the handsets. Regards.

^^^ My dear friends the word "PREPAID" has all in its name. Nothing to be said beyond this. No chance at all to recover from prepaid customers until and unless the customer had committed a fraud to use the services.

If he is using Reliance, than surely there is a 100% chance that this problem (the no. doesn't exists) is due to the Reliance's network, as we all know that even if the called party's phone is busy sometimes we hear that "this no. does not exist" or "please check the number you have dialed" or "to resume service please call reliance customer care" etc. etc. So in my point of view there is no need to worry at all my dear friend. We all experience some of these types of problems every day. I too get many calls like this even from places which are too far from my home. I think, the only problem with you is you are giving more attention to this particular thing. Divert your mind and be happy. So tell your father not to worry at all. And you also don't worry. In the end let me tell you two things here my dear friend : 1. Some numbers are dedicated for only outgoing calls only and even if someone try to call that particular number than surely he / she will get the busy tone or number doesnot exist message. 2. If someone is using a fake telephone exchange to make outgoing calls than also there is a strong reason to get this message of "Number doesn't exists". But this happens mostly in MTNL and BSNL exchanges. Regards.

@Prathod I agree with you 100% my dear friend that they will surely going to deduct the amount from some poor users and cover up their losses. But at the same time I don't think that Reliance can put up a case against him for fraud. The user didn't make any fraud. Infact the user can putup the case against Reliance for embrassing and harrasing him if they come for recovery. I think this user (guptaet) must change his number with a new GSK. And even if they come to ask for the dues he can settle the mattter for a few thousand of Rupees only. They will happily settle the account without any discripencies, I think.

It seems to be a little bit costly my dear friend. Regards.

^^^ Anything is possible in Reliance my dear friend. I know a number of people who are getting benefitted by the loopholes of Reliance. There are a number of bugs in there systems which will take time to be getting fixed my dear friend. Actually as guptaet told his was a prepaid connection, then I think there is no chance of recovery at all. Prepaid means that pay first and use later. How can they ask for the recovery ? As the user didn't signed any document while taking the connection which reflects that he has to pay if his account gone in negative balance. It is the total mistake of Reliance itself. So they have to bear this loss.
