^^^ @chandannasta My dear friend I don't think that you will get 8gb pendrive @ Rs.3000/- in Mumbai. Some vendors claims that the pen drive is of 8gb but actually it is not of the full capacity. So please do some homework on it, and then purchase. Regards.

But I think from now we have to face more network failures because Reliance is going to start GSM service soon. Side by side they are ading new customers also to their CDMA network. But they are not doing enough for the network congestion which we all are facing at present. And I don't think that Reliance will now take any steps to better its CDMA service. Afterall they have to lookup for their GSM service which is going to be launched soon. What Reliance wants is that we all should get fedup by their CDMA service and get shifted to their GSM network. Reliance is preparing us for its GSM service through the back door. Regards.

^^^ Yes my dear friend you are right. Today also between 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. network of Reliance failed. Its very very bad. I think there must be some major fault in their network. So be prepared to have some more network failures ahead. Regards.

My dear friends as we know that Octroi is being charged here in Mumbai, Thane & Mira-Bhayander areas from Traders as well as general public. Maharashtra is the only state where Octroi is being charged. Gujarat and Punjab government already promised to abolish Octroi from there states. Not only Octroi is being charged heavily from Traders as well as general public but also Octroi agents harass people. If a person doesn't know about the Octroi rules and enter the city without paying the Octroi charges. Then Octroi agents follow the person, take him to the Octroi office, harass the person and ask for penalty as much as 10 times of the original octroi charges. Otherwise they demand bribe from them. Conditions in Mira-Bhayander is worsened by the time. As many small scale industries already packed their businesses from this area, due to heavy Octroi being charged in Mira-Bhayander. Octroi officials posted at local railway stations always harass innocent people. Even products which are bought for personal use or home use being charged Octroi on it. It is right that Octroi generates revenue for the state but it encourage corruption also. Government of Mahrashtra must think to abolish this practise of Octroi as soon as possible. Although Mumbaikars were being promised by politicians several times for abolishing the Octroi. But no such confirmation is received till date. Octroi is a very very ill-fated practise and this must be abolished at the earliest. My dear friends what do you think about this ? Your comments are welcome. Regards.

But at the same time I am feeling sad to know that you didn't got your handsets back from them. ^^^ 100% right dear Supernova. Dear Prathod you are also right at your point. But I think the clarifications supernova had given clears our doubt. And about the fine print. One of the Airtel or Hutch (I'm not confirmed)customer already filed the case against the service provider and court orders in favour of the customer. In that case court fined the service provider of Rs. 5000/- and ordered the service provider to pay expenses beared by the complainant with it. Court pointed out at the fine print. Court said that fine print on which service provider has taken the signatures of the customer was written in so tiny letters that it can not be read with naked eyes. Court directed the service provider to make fine print in bigger size font to be easily readable for every customer. Regards. Dear Prathod no matters about the compensation. Matter is just to teach the lesson to both these parties. And when we file the case in court, and if we wins, than definetely court will decide the compensation alongwith expenses beared by us on legal matter. By the way from my point of view, I definetely raise my voice in the court on behalf of all the users of LG RD5340. I demand from the court that not only me but also Reliance should compensate all the users of LG RD5340 handset. I will request the court to order Reliance to provide the details of the sales of this handset. Afterall all the users are facing this problem. They also must be compensated. I think Reliance and LG both will have to pay in Crores to its users in compensation. What do you think my dear friends ? Regards.

^^^ @supernova I think that I have to make 2 parties in this cheating case (Reliance & LG). As the broucher and the handset clearly indicates the logo of Reliance as well as LG. So both the parties will come under the scanner. By the way I think that Reliance and LG both firms already knows that this handset could not download songs because the memory of this handset is merely 2.9 mb. All my dear friends what do you think about downloading the songs in this 2.9 mb of space. In total of 2.9 mb we have to download Rworld feature also. I don't think even a single song can be downloaded on this 2.9 mb space available in this handset. When we download games and other stuffs from Rworld the space already go to its extent. So this can become the clear case of cheating. How can any operator say in handsets specifications that a phone with just a little memory of 2.9mb will download songs through Rworld for its user. What do you think my dear friends ? Please reply.

Octroi Nakas not only creat nuisance but also they are the major factor for pollution. Trucks coming from all over India wait here for atleast 2 to 3 hours and pollute the region and also traffic got jammed their. And my dear Prathod you are absolutely right that Octroi Nakas are the richest source to generate the black revenue. Dear Prathod here I want you to share with all our co-members about your horrible experience with Octroi naka at Mira Road. If you don't have any problem to share with us what happened when u r coming back to your home alongwith your friends with 5 Reliance cellphones which you purchased from Mumbai. When you was stopped by Octroi people, what happened there ? Regards.

^^^ My dear Prathod here I don't think here that this was the problem in all over India. As per I was getting connected with Reliance customers located at different parts of Mumbai through my Hutch phone other than Dahisar to Bhayander. As you are aware that problem of Not Responding, or Switch off is aready there with Reliance. As you stated in one of your post that even your all 4 phones are present with you with full network and the operators tells u that the number called is not reachable or switched off. Hope that by now your problem must be solved along with this major restoration of the network. All the best. Regards.

^^^ Yes my dear friend you are right. This is a major network failure from Reliance. Even I do suffered a great from this network failure. Even at around 10:00 pm also I was unable to connect some Reliance phones. Many of my friends also suffered by this. In some areas it created panic. People thought of what is the reason behind this failure. Other members who are from mumbai please also share your problems faced due to this network failure. Regards.

^^^ All my dear friends I think that Reliance really really duped us. As till date we can't download songs on this handset (LG RD5340). Previously I thought that Reliance must be working on this feature for this handset. But know I am hopeless from Reliance. Only way left is to take them to Consumer Court. As we all are aware that it was clearly mentioned on the broucher of this handset that " Song downloads are possible through Rworld". But this feature is still not working for LG RD5340 handset. ^^^ My dear Prathod. As I am aware MTNL is located on the main road of Sheetal Nagar. So your society also must be located at the main road. I don't think in your area there is any problems. One of my friend is located at Happy Home Complex and he doesn't have any problems there. And about Star One, you told somewhere in your post that your cable operator was not relaying Star One. That's why I just asked if by now you are get this channel or not. By the way, what happened to yours and your friends 5 mobiles which were held up by Mira-Bhayander Octroi officials ? Regards.
