Which software can play *.amr files ?

The question here is that STB will provide only digital signals and maximum TV Tuner cards are analogue. Anybody using STB in chennai can u tell us that older models of pctv tuner cards are working with STB's or not ? Regards.

Is there any guy from Chennai who is using PCTV cards (Pinnacle / Pixel View) with CAS. As we all know that CAS is already implemented in Chennai. If anyone using TV Tuner cards with Set Top Box, then please mention if the card itself convert the digital signals to analogue or not. Or which make of the card are you using ?

@imranais I think we can connect more than 1 TV with single Set Top Box, but with the same channel can be viewed on each TV. (that means we can't watch different channels on different TVs).

@prathod No its not possible, as we receive only digital signals from the Set Top Box. And digital signals will be forwarded to the TV or PC via the set top box. Regards.

@prothod I don't agree with you my dear friend. Reliance gives "Best Customer Rewards" to its customers who pays the dues on or before time. In this they give Rs. 125/- deduction every month from your monthly bill for a total of three bills. This scheme comes time to time. Right now it is not available. But other schemes are there in which you make the payment in time and you can get a prize if you are lucky. Regards.

Dear Vyas, If you want to go for the cheapest than you can go for the "UTStarcom C1122 Smarty" handset. It is the cheapest handset of all available with Reliance connection. The benefit of purchasing this handset is that you get 1 year incoming free + u also get Rs. 600 onnet talktime free with this handset. And the cost of this handset is near about Rs. 1000/-. So, Rs. 600 talktime + 1year incoming free is not a bad deal at all. Its poora paisa vasool. Regards.

Even many CC executives are not properly trained. I think Reliance need Super Computers for their Customer Care. Their systems are on upgradation for nearly 20 to hours in a day, i think. Hold time is also very-very much. Reliance should employ CC executives for only 4 to 6 hours a day, as for the rest of the day their systems are on upgradation. So, what the hell they people do in the call centre, when their systems are upgrading. Their is no need of them to be there. I think Reliance should strongly think to recruit the CC executives to work only for 6 hours. After this Reliance will save in Crores. And customers would also save their valuable time. If reliance continues to provide this kind of service to its customers, then the company should be prepared to bear huge losses on there part. After all "Best Customer Service" is the key for an upcoming organisation. Regards.
