Saurav Bhai....in Vodafone if you make repeated calls to 198 and 111 (may be more then 5 times in a day), then they block your number to get connected to CC people. This is the reason your call routed back to the main menu.

Vikas Bhai....atleast in that case one can see and feel the physical product. But in case of online surveys....???? The same is the case with your Magic Bullet, Nicer Dicer, Wooden Chains etc....we can atleast see the physical product.
