  1. But I don't understand how my colleagues who took data plan after I took got it . Any idea how the approval part work? Through customer care it is not possible I guess.

I have called up customer care last month for activating 1GB plan in my mobile as i heard it is available for Rs.94/-, But when I called they told that 1GB cost Rs.125/- and the Rs.94/- plan is stopped( Mine is Kerala circle). But 2 of my colleagues got 1GB plan for Rs.94/- after I activated( may be 2 weeks later) , which I came to know recently. I don't understand how did this happen. I called up customer care again to confirm the data pack rate but they told Rs.94/- plan is no longer active. Any idea what is the correct for 1GB plan?
