Hello members, I needed some help/suggestion here on a situation I am stuck with customs clearance. Here is the story: I bought a used phone on ebay from USA and shipped it using HSG (HopShopGo) last week. The shipment reached Bangalore and is now stuck at customs with reason saying they need a MOEF certificate. The phone is for personal use. HSG guys are not giving any clear information or next steps. Can anyone here let me know if you have faced such situation or provide any guidance to get this sorted?

I have used HSG to ship 2 of my phones but the shipment is stuck at Bangalore customs and the update I git from DHL is that it is detained by customs as it is used phone. I need to get a clearance certificate from ministry of health for the shipment to be released. Does anyone have any idea of what can be done now? Any help/guidance?

I know call recording is illegal in US, but my work needs it and we do it with prior permission from the people involved in the call... I got S-off. My phone is rooted and I am running the android 4.4.2 now. Sprint. Still when i try to put "am start com.redbend.vdmc/com.htc.omadm.test.TestMainActivity" in terminal I get vDM Client has stopped unexpectedly error. What should I do now? Someone please help. Thanks.
