... ?? first u need to unlock the bootloader [it takes 10-15 days+ as mi has worst policy] http://en.miui.com/unlock/ then u can able to flash chinese qualcomm stable rom or developer rom. -

On RGE sim data works out of the box. but when u restart the phone it will take long time to detect the cdma sim or u need to reinsert the sim. i tested on 1st day. before update the RN3. -
just contact reliance from instacare. backend team contacts you for evdo. as RN3 SHows MEID 000000 on CDMA sim slot. i sold my RN3 on 2nd april. but today i order more than 3 pieces, will post snapshot soon.

I do nothing just pop my Cdma and gsm sim after resetting the phone.But on first boot I tried to change the mode via *#*#4636*#*# but so much problems occur to use Cdma Gsm at a time. Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk

Don't mess with *#*#4636*#*# Coz it will trouble you for dual sim. I completely reset the phone and it's 12 hours using dual sim gsm Cdma. Working without fail. Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
