I was looking for this file from gsm as this file was refered in cdma buid.prop so I wanted to check if ril of gsm can communicate with baseband I got this file but makes radio unusable. Now no need to put any further effort on my idea. Thanks

On hero 786 problem was prominent. Meid restoration is very easy on most htc phones when used with lower versions of radio and rom, higher versions of rom usually cause problems of stuck meid or leftover pesn/ meid. I have restored few hero and droid 1 and one incredible very easyly after I degraded rom and radio to lowest possible version. - usually in one pass of memory scan.

After using EPIC and its AMOLED display, I will suggest to choose handsets with amoled handsets over TFT LCD, AMOLED is very pleasent. New processors along with 3G download is causing heat problems, I have observed that particular section of phone is hotter and it is not antena region. So it can be safely assumed that heating is NON RF issue hence safe.

@ Dipan Full HD is 1080i but it is achieved from 720p signals. Real and ultimate HD is 1080p. Progressive scan makes picture better than deinterlaced. My purpose to ask this question was that if satellite transmission is 720p then there is no point in wasting money on 1080i based TV's. There is a good price difference between them. Also motion jitter is because of refresh rate of LCD's. scanning of picture is not the only reason. My question is still not answered : Satellite TV transmission is 720p or 1080i ? As far as I understand 1080i is function of TV not the broadcasting.

Changing ESN MAY be illegal. Reason is, no one in india is aware about law which declare it to be illegal. If we go by IMEI fiasco in past, where government licensed agency to feed legal IMEI to the handsets containing illegal IMEI. Now if handset can be programmed by paying 200 bucks to government authorised agency, means changing RADIO EQUIPMENT IDENTIFICATION SERIAL is legal. Notification issued then was not having any reference to any act or law. So we can safely presume that there is no such law in india or if it is there we are not aware. Indian consumer is equally at fault. Many of us were waiting to port out - no operator specific comment. Majority of Rimwebian owns more than one connection. How many really ported atleast one number? We are the kind of people who do not like to do experiments. There may be some failures on porting but over all porting is hessle free.
