Hi guys, Finally the item which was shipped on 6th Jan has reached Mumbai ppobox office today. I tracked it. It says Custom cleared n reached bombay hub at 13.50. But no invoice?? Also, I opted for insurance. What to do or how to check it? Do I need to check item before signing to the bluedart guy? or i need to check infront of him.

No items even today I haven't received my first item yet which is delayed by more than 10 days and I already get calls from them asking to buy more stuff from other countries.

Any update if our items reached Mumbai ppobox office today?

IF everything is normal, by friday evening it should be in mumbai office. So, they will send invoice same day? And if I pay it instantly are they going to ship my item same day?

As per PPObox quote, assuming weight is 2 lbs and approx. size of the box (LxWxH) is 1x1x1, total estimated charges would be Rs. 3894.47 ($59.14) - (Shipping Price & Clearance - 1363, Customs - 2363. If weight is 1 lbs = Total would be Rs. 3469.75 (Shipping Price & Clearance - 985). Rest everything remains same. Ya, I too calculated with that before ordering. I thought generally it shows more than what we pay in real.

Finally, today I got an email that my item has been shipped to India. But tracking not working. Its still showing "awaiting item from seller". when does that gets updated?

10470 to 11k You mean I will have to Rs.10,470 to Rs.11,000 for a camera which cost me only $130 ???

The camera I purchased costs Rs.12,000 in India while I purchased it for $130 on Amazon. So, any guess how much I will have to pay to Ppobox??

But my package was delivered via UPS and not USPS. I hope today they ship my item.

In my case, it was delivered last monday on 30th December to Mr.Kuniyl. But still there is no email from them that they have received the item. Is it gonna show up as received, the day they ship it for India?

Yes. USA offices are also closed on Saturdays. Alright. Thanx The worst thing about them is that they don't update the status of item received. Atleast they should update it as soon as they get it in their NY office so that customer wont have to worry about their item if it reached to them or not.

So on Sunday, USA and India PPObox offices are closed?

Does the PPOBOX NY warehouse ships on Saturday too??

So, I got a call from PPOBOX today saying that I haven't updated my UPS tracking number even when I did it when I got it one week ago. Anyways, sent a mail and now its updated and they said since my item is not mobile, it will be shipped today. Lets see what happens.

Send an e-mail to support@ppobox.com They`ll confirm, if it was delivered or not. Ya I did it already and even to Sanjay but no confirmation yet. I even tried calling the NewYork phone number but they were not ready to help. And no one picks up the mumbai number. It was delivered to someone named KUNIYL by UPS in their office.

Even mine item is stuck at NY Ppobox warehouse. And its not even a mobile but a camera. It was delivered on Monday only and even after 5 days no update from their side that they have got it. I even called NY office but they asked to call Mumbai but no one picks phone in Mumbai. Its my first time with PPobox and such a terrible service.
