Congrats. You are #1,000,000 victim of poor r-connect. Their excuses are well known to all persons in this forum. You should have made a search before opting for any service. I was also a victim of r-connect. 6 months - same excuses - termination - got XXXX BB - live happily. I would recommend my enimies to choose r-connect service.

Great newssss..... surrendered my rim landline on yesterday to the collection agency people. He got me waiver for the disconnection period. Im really happy now!

I too had similar problem 2 months back. I was told to approach the nearest LG service center to check the instrument. They helped me by replacing a mainboard. But.... I couldnt check whether the new one work fine or not. Because they disconnected my outgoing calls before successful reprogramming.

at least now you realize the fact -
My waiver request was approved after 60 days of waiting. But reliance ask me to pay the entire rental amount even for the disconnection period. i.e. Rs.1500/- for having a dead line. Mailed again to chairman office and waiting for their response. Hope everything will end soon.

Today I called customer care guys using *333. It took 10 minutes for me to catch the cc guys( I hate that nonsense music). This happened almost every time for me - morning, afternoon, evening, midnight. Also, I cannot login into my relianceinfo.com bill account. Internal Server Error. What happened to them?

For me, outgoing calls were deactivated on 28/11/2005 and incoming calls were deactivated on 13/12/2005 for non-payment. Ofcourse, I had been waiting for waiver for a long time and had not pay my previous bills for that reason. But the probem now is, I used the rconnect only 8 days in this billing period. But the bill is generated for whole month. i.e. for 30 days. I expected this kind of behaviour already. So I went to the webworld on the next day of disconnection to unsubscribe the rconnect (at present platinum plan with fw290). They refused to change the plan while the service is deactivated. Do I have to pay the full rent even if the service is not provied? I explain this situation to their great *333 customer care to make a note b4 the bill generated with errors. But.... The bill is generated for whole month. i.e Rs.1500 on 18th dec. The CC guy says, I will get the same bill (Rs.1500/- + taxes) every month even my phone is dead! What should I do?

Thanks to every one(especially to ashoksoft). I have mailed to chairman's office. Waiting to get waiver again will be a another adventure for me. B/w I had a dicsussion with my lawyer to proceed further.

Why high no of subsribers tying to reach their CC? That much problems? My firend who is using xxxx broadband contacted their help line only once in last 5 months. But our reliance cc are always busy in attending calls(even in midnight 3 o' clock) . what does this imply?

usually i surf for 6+ hours/daily. keeping the command window that pinging google all the time is somewhat dirty technique for me. ok. let it be. i would prefer pinging rimweb.in or relianceinfo.com rather than pinging google (for 6+ hours continously) as said, this is well known problem. why not reliance consider revising the s/w settings for dormancy mode? had they done? nope. moderators deleting the r-connect thread says people should search the previous posts b4 starting threads about the same topic. it implies me that if it happens continously, no new posts will be made, this forum will be down. only moderators can post topics such as "reliance is very good. thanks reliance"

I heard from CC guys that exising platinum members can continue using it. But new platinum plan will not be given.
