Hi, I did the some steps out of the 14 on Moto G, actually I skipped the dump file steps. The MEID is not registered. Getstat MEID# says Failure! Requested RSN not found. When I dial *228, it says: Welcome to reliance! India's No. 1 network. Reliance, Bharat ke No. 1 network main aapka swagat hai. To continue in english, please press 1...... When I press 1, It says: Please enter the 9 digit pin number, as mentioned in the Reliance user guide. I want to know that, if I buy a new number, will I get this 9 digit number. and if I enter that number, will my phone work without getting MEID registered into reliance newtork? Thanks in advance.
