Yes Saiesh, actual modem comes with a space to install a SIM tray but no sim slot. May be the person who sold you this may have installed it before selling. I am not sure about this. I will look forward to a resolution for this from all the experienced members on this forum. So i can make use of this modem to access the internet with other operators. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Thank you Pratul and aalok for replying. I have another MTS data card as well "AnyData ADU-555c" which I have tried to unlock with CDMA Workshop and I was able to unlock it. However, it does not have SIM card slot. If I can get the SIM card slot installed by any local vendor then is it possible to use it with other operators ? As i do not know much about flashing and updating firmware. I will appreciate any help you can provide me regarding this data card.

Hi All I live in Mumbai and I have MTS ZTE AC 2787 data card. However, unable to use it since the MTS service has been discontinued in Mumbai. Please let me know how to unlock it to use it with other operator or the place in Mumbai where I can get it unlocked. Thanks in advance for all the help you can provide.
