ok. I am confirming. Today in front of East Fort Big Bazaar (in TVM) I did a manual search on my E71. I got no network code but all names. And Aircel is one of them. Next I went inside the big baazar. There in the m Bazaar counter there was a pamphlet where in one of the offers read - Aircel Life time @ Rs. 99 with 25 TT. I asked the person there - He said it's not launched yet and the pamphlet was printed in Bangalore. So expect Aircel's launch in a week or two.

I am using it with my E71. till now only one crash. Awesome browser! but for you tube - the native browser in E71 rocks!!! I have also tried skyfire. Did not like it much. Btw - opera beats any browser in terms of speed.

HI all, After staying for almost all my life with CDMA, finally I want to move to GSM. I want to avail good data services which currently no CDMA player is giving. I am planning to make use of EDGE network of airtel and I will be getting this for Rs. 1500 for a year( unlimited). I have tested this and was pretty impressed. Later on 3G. Now I have done a lot of research and found out that E71 is best available option. The price tag of 19.6K is worth the penny. I want suggestions from you all. Can any other 3g phone match the features available with E71 around the same price tag? Also if someone can let me know when E63 will be available in India and at what price tag, i would be grateful? Browsing, exchange server support, IM support, You tube on the go, is all I am looking. GPS, Camera is not the priority. However it is welcome. Iphone, Omnia, Xperia , HTC touch diamond, pro - I dont have the budget. Please help me choosing the phone.

Whats the price of E71 Price: INR 20,150 In Trivandrum, I tried every place. The price quoted to me are as under: Nokia priority Dealer: 21,500 ( includes a bluetooth headset in the pack) Subiksha - no stocks ( in the 3 stores i checked, Price 19,799) Mobile Store - 19,959 (1.25% extra on CC, ) Univercell - 20500 Big Bazaar - 20,200 ( I bought it here) They gave an LG Bullet 288 for free ( Price around 1400). I asked them to rather give me a discount of half the value. They did not agree. I got some 8 lucky draw coupons and a scratch card which yielded another 50 bucks discount. I am sure its a bit costly but could not help it. In the end, I am really happy. PS: Camera quality is pretty average for still imaging. Videos are fine. And rest all rocks, be it GPS, WLAN, EDGE.

I am living here in Trivandrum and I am subscribed to reliance Broadnet 300 kbps unlimited plan. Past five days I am trying to open the airtel's site - airtel.in - but could not succed. Today I tried opening it from my office and it worked fine. Also I am not able to open ideacellular.com. Can anyone here in Trivandrum, having a broadnet connection or any other connection verify this ?

I dont agree; On my Mogul 6800 on Reliance, I can do everything and more than my brother does on his Nokia E90 on Airtel... Which data plan are you using? R-connect? I mean how do you surf? unlimited and at will..

thats quite cheap Probably this is the only reason for my sudden transition. Also reliance GSM launch is round the corner. So felt its justifiable. Difficult to separate myself from reliance though. For some reasons - its quite addictive. Anyways today nokia launched two more colors for E71 in the europian market. Dont know when India will see this.

The max RAM you can have onboard AAO is 1.5 GB. For Lenovo S10 its 2 GB. It's a limitation cause of the motherboard designed for Intel Atom Processors.

So guys what's the final verdict? AAO or Lenovo Ideapad S10 - as I am planning to buy one of these. I am planning to spend around 25k at the most.

I agree with you here , Kamal. The only distinguishing thing is the camera - for which they cannot price it so outrageously.

That means - it is good for downloading - but surfing may be a bad experience at times ( or most of the times ).

you may try taking actions but i must tell you - that phone for 3k itself is a big offer. its extremely good handset and trust me - i had bought the same for 5k with tata( samsung explore).
