They have started since y'day. If you have certain Samsung devices you can just walk in with your documents and invitation number (you need to install jio app n click on get sim). It's new Samsung scheme. I didn't even buy device y'day. Device is old. Old n new both will be eligible.

looking at the msg it feels like that's postpaid connection!

unfortunate

I'm glad it helped. You can go to Reliance digital and get a RJIO sim. 3 months evrything unlimited. I paid 0 rupees! I will update once it works ;P but I got sim at least!

It wont. It falls back to 3g or 2g

You can't recharge it from my services. There are no recharges specified. You can verify 97 recharge details from Rcom 4g page. Select circle and go inside voice packs. You can find it.

If you wanna give a try.. Do a 97 rs recharge. It wont be waste as it has lots of free minutes also.

No issues. I didn't migrate with 1 rupee. I recharged with 97 using paytm. I chose operator as reliance cdma. Btw please check if your phone has support for 850.

You must not be having 4g balance. I was not able to connect until I did 97 recharge.

4g network is not at all stable. Many times signals are not there. I got s7 edge rjio offer so gonna try that out also. So far I have 3 operators Rcom Vodafone n Airtel out of which Airtel has best speed n Rcom has ****tiest. My Vodafone is okay. I'm from Mumbai. Y'day I ran speed test on all 3 in my office area. Airtel crossed 2 digit appx 11 voda was close to 8 n reliance 4.5..
