    Dear Hitesh ji Yes, I'm talking about creating data-dump. I bought the phone from Reliance eShop so I think they will not be in a position to provide me a data-dump. And, yes I'm on complete stock but I can see the phone is rooted cause there seems to an app with red diamond. Thank you Ha! Sorry about the typo it is indeed OTA.

    Dear Hitesh Ji Is there any tutorial available as to how to perform a data dump? Also I haven't received any OTG yet, system update always shows Software up to date, what could be the reason? Thank you
