Only 1x signals in Chennai from 10am... 4g sim is not yet activated...!!

@Jagan T bro wait for one more day and confirm the porting code with customer care if the code is same then proceed with the porting... In between try to send porting sms multiple times and if you have time visit the mobile store, you could easily get the code from them...!! As far I know after 15 days the code will expire and New code will be provided...!!

@Jagan T for safer side we have to keep porting code generated... As it's primary number can't take risks...!!

@Jagan today I contacted Reliance customer care they said it will take atleast another one week to shut down cdma.. Even my Friend who works in Reliance said the same timeline...!! Even my primary number is struck with Rcdma...!! Fingers crossed and waiting for migration process...!!

Recharge with 46rs or 74rs....!!

@Deepak Shankar Even I'm facing the same issue... Earlier I had life time 50p home and roam .. after upgrade tariff has been changed to 2p/sec local nd std... Yesterday I recharged with 74rs R-R 15p and R-O 30p, STD 75p.. 84 days... This recharge is working even after 4g upgrade...!! Yet I'm on cdma... Only God knows whether this tariff will be carry forwarded after the 4g SIM gets activated...!!

@siva, I had upgraded up SIM to 4G on 9th June in trichy...while upgrading showroom executives said within a week cdma would be closed.. still my cdma phone is working and 4g SIM is not activated...!! Worst part is my phones plan is changed... Now Outgoing calls are charged at 2p/sec...

@balac_m Thanks...evdo is back in trichy getting around 2.7Mbps... It was a Tower issue and after repeated complaints to appellate authority.. issue got resolved..enjoying rcdma

@kannan.t Sir, from which Reliance store you got ur 4g SIM in trichy... Singaratope or tennur??

Bro are you getting 1x and evdo signals in kovai?? From past two days no evdo signals in trichy.. only 1x and that too hardly 1 or 2 bars...!!

@sunilromy bro rite now rcom does not provide 4g at 850mhz band 5, It has moved its cdma customers to jio network so you would require a handset which supports 1800 band 3 mhz and 2300 mhz band 40...!! Please change your handset and check it...!!

@nickaustin I am using HTC desire 510 VM edition and data works in 1xRTT...even while using data in 1x if i receive a call, data gets on hold, after i disconnect the call data works normally, im using pre-cut recruc06 golden panel micro sim...!!
