in the name of fup reliance is foolong customers . our govt. should enact rules where telecom co. should give crystal clear ads . why have they not written 10 gb for 1750 when they can write for 1 , 2 or 5 gb ? this shows that they are knowingly fooling customers

Reliance USB modem comes with a R-uim card if it is so... why cant we replace the uim with our mobile R-uim???????? by default there is space for rium but putting ruim does not work . but then there are many members on this forum who can help you

no they wont call back . its been 6 month now ; if you call several times in a day ; they start telling you how many times you callled , but this is reliance . they cant even attend complaints properly . leave aside calling back

send sms "start dnd" at 1909 . it will tell when did u apply for dnd . if its more then 45 days , u can give a complaint at *333 . ucc complaint has a sla of 10 days and it will resolve ur problem and in case it is < 45 days , then wait till then

i took clarity from reliance cc and they told that from fwp to rel gsm calls will be treated as onnet . he was sure for haryana . not whether it is applicable all india or not .

jayanth is right . many people sometime mostly after closure of business hours want to stop i/g calls while retaining og calls . i myself do this for my business nos at night . it serves advantage of having the liberty to call immediately and moreover u can keep on getting sms .

after replacing data card , still problem is there in new one . i showed to reliance local i.t. engg and he is giving excuse that he has fwd complaint to dakc . also the asc told me that he has replaced 4-5 such card with same prblem

this will work for calls but if someone send u sms ; u will get that and the other person if activated sms del. report would come to know you are diverting calls
