@prathod i was also thinking on your lines . but though i too not an expert on law ; feels that there should be difference between services and set feature . well Reliance get signatures while giving connections . but here question is of handset . A person can need not go for a new connection ; he can just shift to a better mobile just because it has all such facilities mentionedon box/brochure ; which is actually not there or not being provided .

@ honest .. your comments seem to be impressive for a case . its good you asked opinions of others . somebody will come out with some points in favour of reliance or lg and some others to counter act that points . in a way we all with you to make a strong case . somebody has to take initiative . i think not only on brochure , even its mentioned on the box of 5340

ya reliance should be accountable for that . but they are very smart they should have done something to save themselves from legal angle . but a forum should be there where all such public interest complaint regarding a mobile opertor can be lodged

in mine too . but it doesnt matter i use 2865 more
