If anything goes wrong while upgrading regardless of fact that its in warrany or not then you are not liable . its their mistake . earlier lg service centre at our place also was saying what u wrote but then i went and talked to lg and relaince mamager n cleared this. these lg service centre people take safe side but thats unethical , illegal and against lg - reliance policy.

after trying all models i have found best speed in lsp340 e .

earlier nokia was having 7+2 days replacement process wirh reliance i.e if the autorize service centre does not gives ur phone in 7 working days then you can contact reliance web world and then they will mail nokia and try for another 2 working days ; if still they could not give set back after correcting gault then they will replace handset .... but now this process no longer exists .. can any rimweb member post about new process ?
