hi there, I have got this LG LSP-340E fixed wireless phone..i have got this data cable with the phone to connect to the internet. initially the proble was that data cable was having 9 pins in there.and it was not working with my laptop. later i bought a usb to serial converter..i installed the software for that ....called profilic technology..now whenever i try to run r connect software...and after 2-3 steps...when it says have u connected the phone...it says could't find the phone at com port..please check the data setting in the phone...i have already checked the setting of the phone..115200 bps...checked so many times the usb software...its working fine..still i m not able to figure out what is happening....can anyone help??? one more things...the data cable i have got its cheaper than the original reliance cable in 600 bucks...n i think reliance data cable costs around 1200....will there be any difference???? is there any setting i have to check....i would appriciate if anybody can help thanks Saurabh 09850038913

Reliance people gave me this cheap data cable (serial one) n i dont have 9 pins in my laptop...so i bought a serial to usb converter...i installed the driver for usb cable...profilic technology...and after connecting the phone to my computer...when i m runnning the software...at the stage where it says ..have u connected the phone..i m clicking on yes...after that it says...sorry could't find the phone at the available port...Guys..please help me out...what else I can try!!!...saala internet ke liye phone lia aur phone hi saala connect hoke nahi deta!! i check the data setting on the phone...it does't work at all....i dunno what should i do....sometold told me that installed the dialer..run that reliance software...but yaar reliance software is not insttaling any modem in my phone...because everytime time it says that sorry could't find the connected phone...another one said try a usb cable...can anyone tell me what type to usb cable i should buy...is there any cable available also with usb itself..i mean without having those 9 pins!!!...yaaar dimag kharab ho chuka hai...sab try kar lia..madad karo yaaro...
