true i also think the same. it will be on distance may be in some case some benefit may come but it will never be local call rate.

suppose i call to solpaur from mumbai it is local call but will it be charged at local rates? or the distance will still keep the std rated fro out going.

Thats so cooll!! i really cant beleive that this is being implemeted from 25th may, no operator has announced any rate changes like this. if as said by arun incoming r free in mahrashtra then i think even orange and others will have to go away with romaing rental or can they charge them... i think all this will get clear after 25th may and hope this gets implemented and not postponed like the reduction in internet charged has posponed due to legal hurdle of vsnl.

I know a site which gives unlimited space for free and so nobody needs to to tkae this survey for gmail invitation. do take it to help the person know mre of relaince but gmail as a attration is useless when u can get unlmited email space for free instaed of 2gb.
