Keep APN setting as blank i.e. do not select any APN. Delete all the apn which mobile shows And set network to Reliance CDMA manually. That's all that is needed. Rest will be picked up from the CDMA diamond sim automatically. Please send the complete review

Hello all the active Reliance CDMA users on REDMI Note 3 Please give a thorough review of the use so far is everything fine with the handset data sms (bank sms) etc voice roaming etc are working fine conitnously One of the comments says that this will work for only one day I have registered for the 6th April sale if everything is fine that I would buy the handset I desperately want a CDMA smartphone and I don't want to buy the imported handsets. really appreciate the reviews over this week end thanks Satish

Olx there are some good handsets available but i doubt if you can update the phone to latest android versio Otherwise just check for data sms calling etc working nothing much required I am using a sprint note 4 things have been pretty much nice with rcom till date

do the last hit and trial method simply get the sim interchanged to new sim thru r com shop sometimes it happens that when you cut the sim then this problem may arise so get yourself new sim replaced if possible get a factory cut nano sim this may be your last try to get the things working few users when got the sim replaced with factory cut sim got the things working so before making any settings and disturb the current 1X lets try this

Please test with another sim on which already evdo is activated If everything is with the anoyher sim then you can raise complaint to appelate they will do it promptly as they did in my case So arrange another sim where evdo is activated or else test your sim in another handset and see if evdo is activated by sending the sms HSD

Please write a email to the concerned appellate authority It will be done after they will acknowledge your emial No point in hitting the customer care they will not understand this problem

simply write a email to you appellate authority check rcom.co.in and wait for 2 to 3 days after they acknowledge your email it will be done I had the same problem and the problem was sorted by a simple email to the concerned appellate authority because customer care person will never understand what you are asking for mention in the email that you have tried to put complaint but customer care is not able to understand what you are asking for. best of luck

I tried to use the airtel 4g sim with automatic and cdma/lte option but the phone showed that it is in international roaming mode Data was not working even if i added the apn settings I feel this will work onky on relinace cdma 4g only

I want to use my unlocked sprint note 4 on kitkat for airtel lte but when I insert the airtel sim its shows its in international roaming mode and I am not able to use data but when I chose the GSM/UMTS mode then the 3G works fine and data is accessible with the airtel APN settings. Basically I want to know whether 4G/LTE is possible on Sprint note 4 or it will be possible only when RCOM starts the LTE then the note 4 will show sprint spark LTE mode.

I have a MTS prepaid ZTE AC 3633R wifi data card. I have stopped the connection to MTS I want to know whether I can use it with reliance CDMA sim Basically there was a tape attached to the sim card slot which I have removed and tried to put the sim card but it is loose fitted in the tray Gurus can you please help how to unlock and use it

Simply visit a reliance mobile store they will use their cdma phone For tele verification and also dont forget to send the sms with code HSD to 55444 To get the high speed data working on your dongle

put the sim in the cdma smart phone mobile and then send the message HSD to 55444 and after receiving the confirmation or after half and hour put the sim back in the dongle

MTS is CDMA therefor it will be only cdma no good news for GSM but still lets hope it will make reliance a stronger one
