1.Battery heating very much - It happens after OTA Update, Work around Solution : Install Advance Task Killer app and it saves your data. 2. Switch Off and Switch On: I have not faced this challenge. Need to Check again, will report back 3.Phone needs to be factory reset : I did once / twice while doing factory reset. 4. Internet connection works after reset -- Did not faced above issue 12. Atleast I switched off and switched on , I have not faced any internet related issue. Please check the APN settings or create a new one similar like old working one. If not solved the problem, please return it to Amazon/ Vendor.

I am using some other launcher , it works good feels like Android M I am using. After OTA update : Touch is heck, I posted earlier the same and agreed with you. EVDO Data Speed: Worst than earlier but better than obviously Gionee Marathon 5

The touch for me works 20- 35% of time,remaining is heck. I am using Reliance World Sim. Today Reliance close the Complaints and called me. They told me atleast case of Reliance CDMA APN Name:RelianceNetconnect APN: #777 UserName: Mobile No Password: Mobile No Only PAP need to be selected. After doing the same configuration from the horses mouse of the Reliance CDMA Technical team , it seems like not latching EV and 1X. Atleast in Chennai CDMA is not performing well when we are moving on Train /Car/ Bus with speed. I don't know why it is happening. I doubt it is equivalent 3G Speed. The Speed almost close to 1-2 Mbps

Hi All the RIM members, Hope you all got OTA Update. I have seen few major issues still persists after OTA update. The touch is really really bad in EMUI Lite. How many of you still faced this issue? I think triple touch wake up and double touch sleep is partially working using other Launcher I think we can collectively ask for Huawei to update and make the software more better. As discussed with the CC guy of Huawei, they are conforming that Next possible update on March end or April Lets keep our finger crossed to make the issue to be fixed. I don't get it why it is getting heated after OTA Update. I did 15 mins whatsapp , feels like something heated.... which was not happened earlier

CDMA Works on both Sim Slots? I need the data is getting disconnected when we call the phone. How to stop that both SIM slot support CDMA but only 1 will get tower at a time..means you can use 2 CDMA at a time! i have tried personally There will be another firmware update about few more fixes at the end of March or April First week. If that happen in time, It could help us a lot..

As per best of my knowledge , none of the color looks premium in hand, since the back panel is not metallic body... I hope you can buy any color... If grey is your preferred color , you can buy it.

In case of Reliance , the OMH is printed over the sim series. Generally RGE,REC are the OMH series. Even if you used World sim that comes with Roam free International Sim series.

I got message from Huawei. The OTA update is rolled on. Guys can you please check on it. Please follow the rules as per CC. Please be aware before OTA update, you must take a backup of your phone.

The SIM in the picture is a REC series type ..but i believed that World SIM will be RGE series ..how come ? I don't Know that... anybody else if can advise on this ? I can comment only one thing, The sim series are REC still though it is connected. Probably some backend programmatic changes are made. Speed test needs to be done

The Reliance started playing game at least in chennai and suggest to use the world sim for this phone. They have charged it Rs100 , image link provided here : https://goo.gl/photos/aeALSh6x4hPAvzeu6 Huawei CC plays a very negative role, since they have taken every user who complains about data Connectivity and touch issue but does not send any email as update to the user who complains. As per CC, it will be resolve ASAP but they don't commit the days ,since when I chase them the 4 days resolution commitment then they would say that will get resolve ASAP. They don't want to confirm the date. Whenever you called they will tell you after 4 days you will get OTA. I am not sure when the 4 days will be coming. Hope it will be next week but not sure about their 4 days. Seems like play a hard sound with them by sending a legal notice.

@lostjournal ....please provide feedback on the EvDO speed & connection stability you are experiencing on honor holly 2 plus. @lostjournal : I have spoke few times with Huawei CC in this week, as per them it will be released in this week end or first half of the next week.If they failed to deliver,thought to send the legal notice to Huawei. Please keep in mind it is not OTA update. They will send to those members who complained it as per FCFS basis.

It sounds good. Hope the patch will help us to connect DATA for any Indian CDMA operator. Specially RIM and TATA. Already submitted IMEI no but they have not asked me any MEID no, Do it mandatory to update the MEID to Huawei CC? Please let me know , will call them and will update the same. I got email from Reliance Appellate also for Chennai subscribers. They are working on it,if user wants to continue without buying the world sim.

@Sameer : We called already to Customer care and informed to appellate also . In Chennai they had not called us. They had closed the complain without calling to the customer.Don't know why we need to buy world sim. Thought to write a strong mail to the chairman, if not solved then will write to trai. .Hi Arinamdam, My say would be to put again a new request..
