I was also of this thought, but made mistake yesterday. Upgraded to 4G SIM and lost my lifetime plan. It's now 2p/s and on RGSM. And I see a possibility of RCDMA continuing in Delhi. Only band 3 and band 40 are supported with respect to rjio As rom is providing 4g only on band 5 that is hugely missing But band 5 is important for wide coverage, fallback and indoor coverage But band 5 is irrelevant if you are in urban areas because rjio's coverage will be good atleast in urban areas If you are continuously roaming then without band 5 its tricky But honor holly 2 plus users need not worry as I have seen this phone on rcom online store And importantly both the operators have mutual sharing of spectrum in these 3 bands @ rimweb gurus Correct me if I am wrong please

What I mean to tell is that 1. Register for 4g from existing CDMA sim by calling 1299 2. Go to mobile store and take 4g sim 3. Pay him only for sim 4. Tell him no FRC required 5. Simply send 19 digit code to 1299 from existing CDMA When CDMA stops Reliance will send SMS 48 hrs before Insert new sim accordingly Tell mobile store person that you don't need any new benefits if he insists that you will get many benefits if you recharge with FRC

Take upgraded 4g sim but dont do any frc

I think one way to continue existing offers from Reliance cdma is to buying 4g sim and not doing any frc like 93 97 or 75 But Reliance mobile store people did not agree to that Request to all members to think in these lines I think this is a valid point Reason behind my point is until and unless you do some frc or plan voucher your existing plan won't change and Reliance wants us to pay for everything and deprive us from all the benefits for what we have paid like 3001 for lifetime 1gb per month free 4444 for availing 500 Reliance to Reliance LOCAL/NATIONAL per month @kanagadeepan sir @guru gopal I think all experienced members to throw some light to what I have pointed out

I have honor holly 2 plus and i can see the signal of JIO 4G in it. Sir you are using gsm also thats y u are able to seatch available networks But mine is typical condition I got only 1 sim I.e Rcdma I want to specifically know whether this honor holly 2plus support rcdma 4g

All you need to do is upgrade your current cdma sim to new 4G sim in Chennai circle. Your zero plan will continue as it is on the new sim till the remaining period. Zero plans have free roaming so u can use it in Siliguri without any issue. Dont go for INP/MNP process.Thanks for your valuable suggestions Mr. Praveen. Johnson.
