guys i found this cool site www.YourBillBuddy.com it tells the best plan based on the usage.. good part is that it automatically goes and gets your e-bills from reliance and then analyzes and tells the recommended plan.. they claim to update plans every week.. i got recommended Reliance Delight 399.. i have changed my plan now.. lets see how accurate their recommendation is..
