    Hi All, Got my Honda CBR Black with ABS last evening, would post my reviews and photos in some time. But as of now its just an amazing beast on the road. Rides so smooth and way too comfortable to get off of it. I also got a HTC Incredible from a fellow rimwebian and Moto Droid pro from our beloved Dr. Mufaddal.

  11. Update On 1 TB HDD Case with paypal :- Today i received my parcel back, which i intimated to paypal along with scan copy of the parcel. They immediately replied back saying the case has been shut and in favor of the buyer. So finally am receiving the money back. Hope everyone else who have not yet received would receive it soon,just keep track with paypal and keep shooting them mails. Thanks

After searching online i found out that the seller has intended to cheat and has successfully duped a lot of other buyers too.If buyers are not going to get protection in-spite of Ebay and paypal following strict rules i presume its better to discontinue services. Its been Over a month now that i have been following with paypal and even ebay but all i get is further compiling of documents. this keeps me to think if am the one who has committed the fraud or its actually some one else. Even after fulfilling all the requirements what yet needs to be done from my side ? This entire episode is sending my trust on lower levels and am really considering to close up my accounts with ebay and paypal. Eagerly awaiting refund. Well I have a Reliance GSM Prepaid connection which i had recharged on 6th May 2011 by 100On same day i received a call from lady from customer care asking to use free 2 days live cricket scores pack and post 2 days trial offer charges applicable, which i instantly denied. On questioning the lady in details she hung up the phone. Not so surprising enough my balance was deducted on 8th May 2011 by 30 Rupees on account of Cricket Pack which i got to know after strenuous efforts put through with the Customer Care Representative. I immediately lodged a complaint through 198 and the guy politely said that your balance would be refunded within 48 hours. After asking for complaint number the guy said you would receive it on SMS which i didn't hence i again called CC on 9th May 2011 to ask for the same. Again got the reply that you would receive it in 24 hours hence didn't push hard. As expected i never received any balance back hence i called up CC on 13th May 2011 and demanded reasons for clarifications. Rude enough to reply that sir do whatever you wish to but you will not get refund for sure. I asked the guy to transfer to superior authority who replied the same cassette though i noted his name and designation . Finally frustrated enough i opted for Public Grievance portal as mentioned here in this forum and officially lodged a complaint with minute detailing. Here comes the fun part. Just within 5 hours i received a call and a mail from Reliance saying that they have got the complaint and are refunding the balance too. Although 30 rupees is comparatively a small amount but the fact that CC guys with intent to cheat deducted amount without even sending any activation code was really surprising and to add icing on the cake was the fact that " Sir u contact any superior officer you would not get any refund" was frustrating. Thanks to our senior member who showed us the path to fight back, and that too in proper manner.Unless otherwise i would had like any other Prepaid Customer would had it a let go saying yaar 30se kya farak padta hai, ab kaun in moti chamdi ke saath dimag ki khich khich karega. Dear Vijay bhai, I too had the same experience but then i kept a close track with Snapdeal on their email id. 1.Purchased Coupon on 25th April 2011 and same day sent them a mail asking them how to go about it. 2. Received a reply from Snapdeal on 29th April 2011 saying that recharge would be done same day by the end of the day. 3.Again sent a heavy dose email on 2nd May 2011 asking them to revert money back if they were unable to hand over the recharge. 4.Finally received recharge on my RIM GSM Prepaid connection same night, bit late though, but received. Kindly post them a email , hope you would receive your recharge soon. Thanks

Well my fingers are crossed as i also did the same kinda mischief too... winks

Today i received reminder letter from paypal to provide tracking information for sendind the Coin back to Seller, to which i replied as belows :- This is with ref to case id :- PP-001-272-194-799 I had purchased 2 sets of 1 TB Western Digital Hard Drives on 06-04-2011 I had raised a claim as ebay had removed sellers listings reasons being the copyright or trademark owner of this product reported that ebay believe the item may not be authentic on 09-04-2011 Paypal was looking into the matter and then i received a fake coin from the seller on 25-04-2011 which i have genuinely reported to paypal. In response to which paypal informed me to return the item received i.e the fake coin back to the sellers address, which i presume to be bad. After en quiring with Blue Dart and DHL they confirm that they would provide services for sending back the Fake Coin to China but the charges applicable are 3000-3500. I have already paid 3285 and in return got a Fake Coin which is worthless, i could scan and email the photo if needed too; Now if i pay another 3500 to get entitled for a refund of 3285 would not that be termed as FRAUD and CHEATING ? Please guide me as to how can i get my money back? I presume the seller has intentionally send a FAKE COIN misrepresenting himself and with cruel intension of FRAUD in his mind. As far as i am concerned am i to blame that i used services from ebay and paypal ? For Ebay and Paypal are one of the renowned institutions in world markets always protecting innocent buyers like me. Hence i appeal for safe guarding my interests and guidance in proclaiming my hard earned money back. thanks in advance, Vikrant Bhutada

  21. Today i received a courier from china with a Coin in it. After checking the Courier ref no it occurred that the seller of I TB Western Digital Hard Drive(( Through E Bay )) has sent it.In response to this i have already mailed pay pal informing the same. I just hope every one else who have ordered 1 TB Western Digital External Hard Drive are safe. Please share your experience too.
