So when Import some SMS it locked the content of Excel otherwise the Excel file may Corrupt. Rather Create your Database and Mobile List in Access Database it will be more Smoother and Changes can be made in Access Database from HPSMS-Server I am Working on Opening Excel file in Non Locked Read only mode.
