Irresistable Deals In Electronics, Gadgets, Mobiles, PC Hardware
mgdelhi replied to rajanmehta's topic in General Technical Discussion
^^^ Long time no see??? Yeah, I ordered LG E970 from their 12169 listing but they delivered only few orders of that particular listing. The ebay.com seller sold more than 3k phone and has 99+ % rating and everyone in US (slickdeals) received it. So GEB / i2c probably bought all ordered phones and then sold it at higher price.- 6,376 replies

Infibeam.com experience I lost my 3G data card and placed an order for another data card with infibeam yesterday. Today morning, my friend called that I forgot my data card at his place. I checked my order status on Infibeam. Order status was "Open" and it mentioned "Ships By: Mar 11, 2014" under "Delivery Information". So, early morning I requested infibeam to cancel this order which is so normal with flipkart, snapdeal, etc. And I got this reply: "Dear customer, Thank you for writing to us. We are happy to assist you with your query. In regards to the mail received we would ;like to inform you that your order is in process, however if you want to cancel the order than you need to pay 10% cancellation charges for the same.kindly confirm us for the same so that we can proceed further. Please feel free to get back to us in case of any further queries or question. We will be glad to assist you. You can also call 079-40260260 (Our 24×7 phone support) for instant help. Thanks and Regards, xxxxxx xxxxxx Infibeam Customer Service" So, requesting my friends here to take an informed decision before buying from infibeam.com about their hidden cancellation charges. PS: My question is, if they cancel the order (due to pricing error, no stock, or any other reason) why don't they give 10% cancellation charges to customers ?

Google Play Store 2nd Anniversary Celebrations Happy Birthday, Google Play! It was two years ago that Google rebranded the Android Market to Google Play, and little did we know that it would take off to become what it is now. Not only are great apps and games made available from this vast repository of digital goodness, but you can also buy the latest Nexus devices, Google Play Experience devices, Chromecasts and accessories, books, movies, TV shows, music and so much more. So what’s Google going to do to celebrate? They’re holding a sale, natch. Early evidence of a Google Play Store sale has trickled into the atmosphere, though it doesn’t appear things are quite ready for everyone just yet. Heading to this page should soon take us to a promo page, but for now it’s a dead link. We should note that a lot of the “free” stuff up there is normally free, and those games will likely come with deals on in-app purchases and consumables. Google will also have specific landing pages for books, movies and music. The following links are currently dead as far as we can tell, though we’re sure they’ll point somewhere relevant once this thing officially kicks off. Here’s what they’ll be serving up before too long: FIFA 14 is Free. Disaster Movie is discounted to 99 cents GQ Australia Magazine Subscription is 30% off “Theme Park” By EA is Free “I Came To Say Goodbye” the Book is $4.99 (looks like it hasn’t been discounted yet) “Heroes of Dragon Age” By EA is Free “Tiny City by Chillingo” International is Free “Outback Dreams” the book is $4.99 (looks like it hasn’t been discounted yet) “The Sims Free to Play” is ….. free Taste.com.au magazine issue is $2.99 “Need for Speed” by EA is $5.49 “Vanity Fair the Movie” is $0.99 “Bejeweled Blitz” by EA is Free “The Luminaries Book” has been discounted to $4.99 “13″ The Movie is now $0.99 “Blurring Lines” the Book is $4.99 “Dungeon Keeper” by EA is free “Super Food Ideas” Magazine is $1.99 “Dead Ahead Game” by Chillingo International is Free “NBA Jam” is $5.49 https://play.google.com/store/apps/collection/promotion_3000667_play2ndbday_in Source: http://phandroid.com/2014/03/04/google-play-birthday-sale/

The same thing happened with me when I placed my order of LG E970 with GEB / i2c. So I will avoid i2c as much as possible. BTW, I got my Moto G Boost from Amazon.com yesterday (ordered on 17th Feb). PS: And you know what, charger is "Made in India".- 6,376 replies

Irresistable Deals In Electronics, Gadgets, Mobiles, PC Hardware
mgdelhi replied to rajanmehta's topic in General Technical Discussion
Because of these i2c tantrums when I ordered LG E970, this time, I ordered Moto G from Amazon.com on 17th. Ordered 2 pieces to have free shipping. It has been shipped already by Aramex. But now, when a friend in Mumbai, wanted to place order, Amazon says that Moto G Boost (or Verizon for that matter) can not be delivered to India.- 6,376 replies

I bought same laptop for my bro-in-law @27k from Amazon.in on 14th December. It was last day of GOSF I guess but the price keeps going up and down. On snapdeal it often comes to 27k (but right mow it is 29.5k).

Hardware Purchase Suggestion Requests
mgdelhi replied to hiteshkkk1's topic in General Technical Discussion
I have exact same model (bought in Nov'2012) and it's good. I don't use it n routine and get my car's air pressure checked at petrol pump while filling the petrol. But once you have flat tyre, it inflates the tyre in 5-7 minutes and you are good to go, do you work and get the puncture fixed. It won't leave you stranded on road unless it is too big puncture. Last I used it one month ago. PS: I bought another one for my bro-in-law.in Mar'2013. Edit: Buy it from snapdeal @977/-. Create a new account and they will send you a Rs.200/- discount coupon. http://www.snapdeal.com/product/autokart-coido-3326-12v-electric/852354518?pos=0;2 -

Reliance Communications to sell iPhone 5C for Rs 2,599 and iPhone 5S for Rs 2,999 monthly plan on a 2-year contract
mgdelhi replied to Himanshu Singh's topic in Other handsets
Sold Out. Reliance Communications, which had announced the first on contract plans for the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C, has reportedly sold out its initial quota of the devices. The company has finished the entire stock within the first three days and now is left waiting for fresh stocks. The provider has meanwhile received a whopping 10000 bookings for both the devices. The iPhone 5S could easily be the most device for Apple in India. The company has apparently sold out its first inventory of 30000 units within the first 24 hours. Besides Reliance, the devices are available with Airtel but off contract. Apple is expecting to garner at least Rs. 1000 crore from the sales of iPhones in India. -
