Hi, i fidddled around with these codes and landed my self into a problem, when i switch on my phone it vibrates and pink LED lights up, also when i switch off the phone, and charge it, there is no indication of charging, i mean it does not show phone charging message.... can anyone help, amy way to reset to factory settings?

and how long does your battery last?

how costly is all this and how soon will it be available in all parts of the country?

Clearing memory on R world does not affect your phone book. and i tried what saurav said, it works, i amd able to save tones now but still no luck with MMS

Hey guys, do u think getting a battery for GTRAN (US) will help in anyway or are they all the same in all countries?

One thing more. My battery indicator does not show full battery and the bars do not stop moving if i use travel charger. How long does it take on your phones for travel charger to show FULL battery?

I wrote beas well, my sub LCD never shows full battery indication, even after charging for 6-8 hours is there something wrong wiht it? what should i do?

apropos the animation feature of the GTRAN phone, i would like the gadget experts to help me find any animated bitmaps, if they exist at all. Someone said multiple bmp images make up a GIF image which however is not supported by our phone. If any of u have an idea about this or if u actually have an animated bitmap, can u post it here, of course with the permission of the admins and mods.

Can someone upload an animation clip so that we can save and upload on our GTRAN phone?

Mine does not even show completely charged signal after 6-8 hours. I remember seeing it once though havent seen it for a long time, is something wrong with my phone or the charger. by the ways as u said the battery life has definitely increased in the last few days

I am in Delhi and there is this problem these days that some people can not get my number (both GSM and landline. The message they get is "the route is busy". Now this was not a problem with my previous handset( samsung b/w). Neither was it a problem in the first few days i got this new GTRAN phone. Now is this a handset related problem or network problem. I am able to make calls without any problems whatsoever.

My network problem is solved, guess it was a temp. network glitch!

i have asked my cousin to get a battery for me, he is finding out and will let me know the details. The phone and the same model is available in US, i guess. I will tell the details once i get the battery and try it for myself. Hope it will be better than this one

yeah i agree with u. I was never too impressed neither was i swayed by your negative opinions about this phone, but yes i agree that with this price it is probably the best option. The phone is really good. It is popular in Korea, US , New Zealand. It badly needs an upgrade!

http://www.matrixm.com/asp/media/ringers/d...type=9&sortid=3 use this shortcut to download hindi midis there are so many many HINDI tones... and yes.. as usual.. they are NOT free.. but. , still you can download it on your PC and then transfer to your mobile via Infrared/USB/Blutut and it is this way : 1) go to www.matrixm.com 2) select a ringtone . 3) there is an icon ( of hearing online ) on every ringtone in the list. 4) listen to the ringtone "online" ( just try listen..don't buy ) 5) and when the selected ringtone finishes "playing". 6) go to your "temporary internet files folder" thru yr : control panel--> internet options---->settings (temporary internet files )---> view files.. and yess.. here you will find your "ringtone played" file just copy and save.. hope this helps

I recently saw the images in my friends panasonic phone which he had downloaded using Hutch GPRS service here in Delhi. I know RIM does not allow any kind of downloads from R world but we can not even see any images on R surf browsing? is reliance waiting till R world becomes paid or is it permanent? Also will reliance allow downloading? if so will it be possible on the present phones or we will have to upgrade again? Anyone has any idea?
