    Got it in Punjab. It was white so slightly cheaper as compared to metallic colors. The ex showroom price was 4.28 Got Corp and exchange discount 18000. Insurance, seat covers, stereo, steering cover, mats, flaps, central locking and anti rust were all complimentary. Temporary registration, road tax and registration etc. Cost 10k approx.     Upgraded mt moto defy to froyo. Dont see major changes. Besides GPS has started giving me problems. Was better on 2.1. Any way to go back? I am on official rom on an unrooted phone.

    Yeah it dies not look like a very high end phone. But it was meant to be a rough and tough phone which can be immersed in water and still would survive and so on. And that is what they intended to make. Looks are not that great but other than that I find it good. It is responsive and fast. The touch screen is good. The display is blurred and I can only read things when the screen is held at an angle. I have narrowed down the problem to the cable that pass through the hinges because the display is normal if I connect the laptop to my TV using HDMI. Needless to say it is cumbersome and I feel like I am using harmonium rather than a laptop, since I have to hold the screen with one hand and work on the keyboard with the other. I do not want to take it to some computer repair shop. Not only because they will fleece me but also because I do not want to risk my private data. Can someone tell me what all hardware is required and what all is to be done to make it work again?
