I did not get any messages from them but I got a call from the nodal officer who was hell bent on sending me to the Nokia service center. I had a hard time explaining to her that it is not a Handset related problem. Then she asked me whether I had complained on *333 I told her I had and I gave her the complaint number. She called up after sometime and then told me the coplaint number was wrong. So i will call up the CC agian and give her the complaint number. But its good that they are at least not saying that there is no problem at all.

I hope that the WAP starts soon. As far the MMS problem is concerned, I am able to send MMS to 6130 ( i have sent only one so far). I am not sure if the Pic was resized because it was 348kb image. But it got delivered fine. I have recieved MMS from Munna who is using 6265 and Mitul who was using 6255. The Buggers have also mentioned on their renovated page that the phone has web browsing facility. So it is not by mistake that WAP was present.

I would like to mention here that though I have mentioned in this review that WAP is working , it is not working on this/ other reliance phones at the present moment. When will it start working is a matter of specullatioon.

I dont believe these liars. they need 15-20 days to sort out problems? by the way I have mailed them, the CC, the chairman's office, the service assurance cell and even the nodal officer for Delhi. I think all of you should do the same as well.

But if a PM wants he can earn more than all of them combined. I am not sure about the intentions of our present PM though.

and keep in touch with 6155 users as well. They too are not able to access wap. Something is cooking up.

2 things 1. Reliance was offering WAP on 6155 as well 2. 6155 and 6265 have WAP based R world, so they cant afford to not have WAP and not have half the applications of R world working. But then you never know about reliance. and even I dont mind paying for wap!

Ok this WAP rpoblem is also being faced by 6155 users. So it is a a general problem, hope it is corrected at the earliest.

Thank god at least they know that there is a probalem, the CC guy I talked to did not know if there is such a phone as 6265! I am not sure that there is a conspiracy here. If they wanted, they could have barred minibrowser and wap from the very start like they did in 6255 and 6235 and unlike 6155. We will have to wait and watch what happens

I am not able to access WAP on my phone since yesterday. The minibrowser says Error 503: Service not available. THe opera mini says : There is a problem with your connection. Anyone else having such problem in Delhi specifically?

Lets talk about enhancements and themes Since I am facing a problem these days, I though of sharing it here. I have used Brico packs in the past, in fact also using one presently. The problem that I am now facing is that I can not add third party themes. I had winxp when I had last installed these third party themes and then installed sp2 on my system, Now after formatting and installing winxp sp2 cd I am not able to install these. Did a bit of googling and it required me to patch the file in systems folder of windows. Tried that with a patcher and retried but it started giving errors and I had to revert back. Tried stylexp, it does not install on my PC. I think the windows file protection system is the culprit here. Does someone know of a sureshot way to install these themes without getting into any trouble? Icons and docks are installed but the windows and buttons are still the same. Can someone help? you will need BT/ IR or data cable for it. I use BT at times, and its easy. You need r connect to access net on PC/ Laptop. One of the mods will soon update the profile options.

one thing that was initially there and is not seen in all handsets these days was My favorites kind of thing. That provided shortcut to the most frequenlty used applications so taht u dont have to surf throughh all the needless stuff. They have removed it now. really liked it.
