i believe 6600 can add MP3 player in its application. NOt very sure but symbian platform does allow this. If you need help I can search around and give you links for download. And yes 6600 does not allow GIF wallpapers, strange but thats the way it is. And yes comparing two phones which have different features s not just.;

shantanu 6255 has expandable memory which 6235 does not have. I have 1GB memory, now calculate the number of songs tha i have on my phone!

If looks and clamshell are the only criteria, razr wins hands down. If you are looking for features, I think there are much much better phones at a better price.

You do not need BT and memory does not mean that others dont need either. What good is a MP3 player when u have 16 Mb memory? Isnt that the memory in 6235?

I saw a N90, N91, and N70 phones yesterday. Didnt have too long a time to fiddle with them but they certainly looked good in hand. Since I have not used any of the three or 6680, i cant pass judgements but the N series does look real impressive. N90 has great looks Have a look: N90 N91 N70

wav files do not work on 6255. midi, mp3, amr, aac do. You can use the MMS portal to do that. But last heard it is not working or having some problem TRY HERE and by the way whats wrong with BT or cable?

Havent seen 750 i but had a short time playing 700i. It was real feel good gadget though i dont think it would be as durable as nokia also i am not very sure about the after sale services of sony.(one of my friends ahd a harrowing time getting those nerds to attend to his phone). that no way absolves the poor customer care from nokia either

Sify people should be hanged by their balls. I have hated it ever since I got it. They have these stupid rules where they have a restriction of 150 Mb and then they call their stupid service unlimited. There are so many threads on different forums trashing Sify. They have a pathetic customer care and the service as always s**ks. Most people including me are sticking to it because we do not have any alternative. Airtel is not available in my area, and getting a MTNL landline for tri band is a big headache so i am stuck here!

symbian series 60 are much more advanced and let you add many applications to your phone, say you have 6600 with you and you want to read e books on that, you can have a reader installed and go ahead with it. same is the case with mp3 and even real player. other tools like image editting and other such advanced tools can also be installed
