quite my sentiments buddy! As we are reaching the end of DAPO period many of us will be at crossroads, I guess Reliance should come up with something good so that we stick to it! If 6255 is the best they can come up with interms of handsets, i must say i will prefer going for a better handset for a few more bucks! Anyways lets see what comes up!

The rate in Delhi (Gren Park web World) is 12612 I didnt quite like the feel of the phone! I mean it is bulky and not as slick as u wud want a high end fone to be! let us first lay our hands on that phone! Dont think enough people have this phone to tell u in detail about tones and all! Check in ringtones request section for midi files. there are many sites offering MP3 tones as well!

Ok guys got myself a Sony W5. I am thrilled to say the least. I am not a professional but will try to write a short review. And thanks vb86 bro. You have been a great help. I found some acquaintance in Palika and got it from there only It was a tough choics between coolpix and sony but i guess i am happy with this one. I pais 13.2k for the cam and 1400 for the 256 MB pro stick.

Most digital cameras come with a software disk, the software has the panorama mode in it. My Olympus had it. By the way redshift buddy, cud not get that e book about digital photography Is there any other link?

Hi People, Have u ever bought something costly from e portals like Ebay (formerly Bazee)? How safe is it? I am planning to buy a digicam but am afraid. Also what happens if I win a bid on Bazee and decide against buying the item? I mean is there any legal hassel?

I guess number of topics are related to newer devlopments in reliance, which of course have not been happening frequently of late. The last major thing that happened was R world becoming paid. No new handsets, no new and exciting tarrif plans what can we possibly discuss about? On the contrary there have been some general topics whic have been popular like e books and digital photography. I guess we need more of those to increase the number of posts.

I researched the dpreviews site and shortlisted Coolpix5900, coolpix s1, sony w5, sony p200, canon powershot a95 and olympus d 635. I also wanted a camera which cud record movie clips and that too with sound , That is not possible in nikon i guess. I have decided sony w5 for myself. Its slick, stylish and compact. Ths only problem i think is the memory stick, which it uses is exclusive to sony only. but the phone comes with internal memory of 32 MB which can be handy in itself. Moreover it can record movie clips at 30fps with sound and the length of the movie is determined by the storage capacity only. WHen and if i get my hands on it will write a detailed review.
