here in UK, they have fair usage policy for all the unlimited plans - for calls, internet, sms. So Indian telcos are just following their international counterparts.. signing the petition is good idea, bt i think we shd also complaint to DoT and Govt Consumer Redressal forum as we all had done for Reliance.

i had used this website to file my complaint against Standard Chartered Credit Card for excessive charges. I think it took a week but the excessive charges were reverted.

Users will get Rs. 900 of talktime on local calls and SMS to any network in daily tranches of Rs. 10 spread over 3 months. In addition, customers choosing the newly launched Customer Experience Programme, can make unlimited calls between 11 pm to 6 am to any Reliance Phones in Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa. This sub-Rs. 300 plan has a one-time subscription charge (including GSM SIM) of Rs. 25 only. Customers can also use a variety of top-up cards to make calls and SMS's over and above the free talktime. "New subscribers would get Rs 10 talk-time every day for the first 90 days and has offered tariffs of Re one a minute for local calls and STD would cost Rs 1.50 per minute on any network," according to Dinesh Gulati, head of Western region. hi Dhiraj, This problem started when i had gone to a place where there was no Reliance coverage and i ddint realize it. This had happened previously too, but then after soft reset this problem had been sorted out in past, but not this time. Further, in the past i had faced a similar problem, at that time i had clicked on the coverage icon and a dialogue box had popped up saying do you want to switch on your phone? But now i dont get this dialogue box after tapping the coverage icon. ALso this time when i switch on the phone, the memory utilization is 89% instead of 59% normally. and there is no program running in the background. Appreciate if someone can provide a solution other than hardboot, as i dont want to re-install all the earlier programs. Thanks! Kishore

Friends, I need your help, im unable to use my mogul since yesterday. im having the sprint basic rom latest one. Problem - unable to recieve sms and calls, but the person calling me can hear the ring and get delivery reports. im getting a small circle (cut in between) near the range symbol, even getting a cross (x) at the place of 1X symbol. dialer doesnt comes up whn i press call button. have done soft resets many times, but no effect. phone takes half an hour to boot. Pl HELP!!!

even i have been on original Rom since it was upgraded. Problems faced by me: 1. Window Media player doesnt play after the screen is switched off 2. I am using Destinator as GPS s/w, need more detailed Pune Map 3. Need Core/TCMP player cabs 4. cannot connect activesync via Bluetooth to my laptop (Windows Vista) 5.
