Problem Occured While Instalation Of Rconnect.

I'm facing a problem while instaling the rconnet on my system. The configuration as follows.

OS: WinXP,

Hand set : Motorola V3M.

I have down loaded the rconnect software from the reliance web site and tried to install the soft ware where thy system prompts me and says that it is unable to fine the USB serial port. Can some body help to get out of this problem.
