Vishal Gupta 4 Report post Posted August 25, 2007 thamks vishal now i have got a new look to my win xp but the explorer windows does not look like the one in screenshot it still looks like the win xp windowPlease help thnx buddy. The explorer look can't be changed using the theme. I edited a few system files to change those icons, etc. If you want to do it, then you can read the complete tutorial here: TUTORIAL: Make Your Windows XP look-a-like Windows Vista the same error message is shown..asks me to put in the sp2 to replace some missing or corrupted thing.. Its happening bcoz of FWP (Windows File Protection) service, which replaces changed system files with original one. You'll hv to stop this service. For it use WFP patcher, which you can find here: ATTENTION: List of Some Useful System Utilities
