Ok i am not good in describing but i shall try

  • Phone (Spice D88) Imports only VCF (Virtual Card Files) files from memory cards \contacts folder so the game is to put your all contacts as *.vcf separately in this folder 1000 max
  • Get your Phone book in Outlook (ask me for details or see it somewhere)
  • Go to File Import/Export and export contacts folder as Excel file in your desktop
  • Open the exported excel file
  • Now Keep only these fields delete the rest --- FirstName : LastName : Company: HomePhone : BusinessPhone : BusinessFax : Mobile : Email -- this is because it only has these many fields in its memory you can shift no from one field to other
  • Please verify that you have all phone number proper format “098xxxxxxxx” I will suggest you this as some times during importing you may encounter error on spice phone and its BIG DEAL to erase phone mymbers from Phone as you have to do it one by one – I repeat one by one. Using excel you can find an replace “+91” to “0” and so on also some times in outlook while exporting there is a gap between 0 and 9 like “0 98xxxxxxxx” avoid this us excel to remove blank also.
  • Now Create another folder Contacts2 in outlook import the excel sheet using Import/ Export feature
  • Now again export using Import / Export but this time as CSV windows file
  • No go to Outlook Express – its free with your windows and import the CSV file you have created in its address book – you will have all the contacts there
  • Now create a folder in desktop
  • DRAG and DROP all outlook express address book entries in this folder –
  • Result you will have vcf files ready to transfer
  • Copy these entire vcf card file using cable provided to contact folder in memory card.
  • Go to phone book of phone and in Import export say Import it will import all contacts be patient it takes long time - 5-8 min for 600 numbers

This looks difficult but it’s easy if you do it as mentioned --- hope I made my point clear get back to me if you have any thing.

GOOD LUCK

Importing is easy after Creating VCARD file from Outlook COntact Book but vcard should be Version 2.1 and it should be formated in Unicode only

But Please Suggest me any Free Software which can Export all Contact in vcard in one go.

THink before you buy. It is said to be as good as any classic, they have provided driver for modem but PC sync is big headache.

1) you can not del phone book at once do it one by one, i had mentioned it in my post.

2) yes the name surname gets reversed so i joined them using formula in excel with a . (period) like: name.surname and then inpoeted you try it too - Luck
