Lg 5340 Usb Rconnect Net Connectivity

Hi,

I am using LG RD 5340 USB drivers to coonnect to internet for last 1 year now.I had a HP laptop earlier,was able to coneect through Rconnect but ever since i have upgraded my laptop to Dell I am not able to connect using the Rconnect Dialer.

The drivers get installed successfully,after I restart my computer the dialers sho connecting and my machine gets hung up.I use the same setup on my old laptop and it works fine.Both the laptops have OS- Microsoft XP.

Is there any issues with the XP SP2 pack????

Can somebody suggest wot could be the ideal solution for this?
