Mukesh is laying 7000 Km OFC line initially. It is is said that he is connecting all refinaries retail outlet marts and offices spread all over india. But the main thing is he has tied up with HFCL a CDMA unified service provider to avoid anger of mother This net work will be completed within 2 years and will be expanded. Gail india has its own network for all its plants and residence connected. it does not have to depend on the normal telephone lines...that saves a bomb... or for that matter rail tel before it was hived off into a separate subsidiary... no benefit for consumers like us.. My Dear friend The process has already begun. Reliance has Retail chain and petrol pumps all over the country and HFCL will cover it . For example in UP HFCL will not cover 20 cities only .It doen not make a sense.Why Mukesh is laying OFCL for it?HFCL will provide connections to others consumers also.
