copperco2 24 Report post Posted September 5, 2007 Previous i had some problems with office so i had to reinstall but then some files were deleted permanently and this seems to be the after effect of that.. Now this articular file is mssing "Nokia_PC_Suite_682_rel_22_0_eng_web.msi" and the application wont load without that.. if anybody ha this file do let me know Even when i tried to remove and fresh install.. the absence of this particular file wont let the uninstall happen.. copperco2 24 Report post Posted October 20, 2007 I have tried to install the updated software.. but no... i have tried to uninstall from the control anel..but stil no.. repeatedly.. i have tried to uninstall from the uninstall.. with nokia suite but stilll... the process gets halfway completed and then it rolls back because the above mentioned piece of file is missing.. how do i overcome this hurdle. pl. respond as i have some important data stored in the suite...that i need to take out. pl. help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
