Wednesday, August 22, 2007: Motorola, Inc. has opened a MOTOSTORE in Connaught Place, New Delhi. MOTOSTORE was inaugurated in collaboration with Technocare. The store will offer access to interactive experiences and exclusive content, as well as personalisation services such as mobile phone tattoos and diagnosis, photo-imaging, etc. Consumers in New Delhi will also get to view the latest video, music clips and Motorola family album through personal monitors available at Chill Out Zone within the store. MOTOSTORE offers Moto ServiceOne or one-hour service turnaround to consumers, for certain types of repair services. Consumers can give their mobile phones for any service requirements and get it back in only one hour. To enable this, MOTOSTORE has an on-site service centre. Users have the choice of sending an SMS to +91-98112-93000 along with their service order number to get a repair status of the handset or collect an electronic pager from the Motorola service desk. The consumer will be notified via pager when the phone is ready for collection.
