R U Using FF or IE? In FF you may have added an add-on and this may pop up the download complete window. Check the settings in FF and see if you can disable this. I will also try and let you know.

it can be done.

when you start download, make sure the optiom that says close window when download completes/ finishes.

if you repeat it some more times then it automaticaly get that as the default.

in firefox you can do that in options too, i will have to check in IE but it should be thre.

you can even set the folder for the downloaded files...

^^^

Go to Tools-options-main tab and check the box next to "Close it when all downloads are finished"

I think this will solve your problem.

I am attaching a screenshot for you.

Hope your problem is solved by this.

Alternately, you can also set it off from Tools-Add-ons-Extensions-Download statusbar and there is one tab "options". Click on that and come down to Features. There is an option 'Show download complete' which is by default off, however you may have kept it on. Uncheck this and your problem will be solved. Again a screenshot for you: -
