nicoyonic 0 Report post Posted June 18, 2004 sorry, but what means SDCA? well, there is no r-world no r-connect, ... nokia care made an upgrade, and found no problems on the fon, ... the r-connect software has been installed an uninstalled on 3 different PCs at the nokia care center and in some reliance shop, ... i followed all the instrucions the customer care, and their r-connect department and some supervisors gave me through the fon. ... did i forget something??? ...., now after 13 days, the customer care, is still asking me the same questions again and again (like a answering machine) ... it seems, that they don't even have a "job-ticket-number" about this case in their system! in germany, i could have send this fon to the company, and they would have given me a new one within 48 hrs! Never ever would buy a RIM - thing again!

nicoyonic 0 Report post Posted June 19, 2004 This is India not Germany. Anyways we have to go a long way. Sorry, i didn't mean it like this. RIM should just invest more in Customer-Care-Quality than in this Marketing-Campain: "RIM everywhere" (visualy it seems to be )
