Mini Opera Applicatin Is Failing In Nokia 6235

Hi All,

lam new to this forum and using nokia 6235 mobile. I downloaded and installed the opera, gmail applications through data cable.

I opened opera application and enter the web address but its nor working, error message is "There was a problem connecting. There might be a problem with your network setup. Please go to Tools>Help>Introduction and perform the connection test.(Error:t120)"

I tested the network connection(Tools>Help>Introduction) but there it says "You have a working network connection."

Pls any body help me how to solve this problem

Hi,

Have you checked whether your application has the network access enabled. To enable this, choose your application, do not open the application.

options --> Application access --> Communication --> Network access --> Ask first time only or Ask every time

options --> Application access --> Connectivity --> Ask every time or Ask first time only or Always allowed

options --> Application access --> Data access --> Read user data --> Ask every time

options --> Application access --> Data access --> Add and edit data --> Ask every time

options --> Application access--> Text messaging --> Ask every time

options --> Application access--> Push registry --> Ask once

well this is a problem in nokia, i have also installed and then it gave an error and suddenly after some time it worked

It is probably not problem with Nokia it is at both ends, i.e. service provider as well as proxy server of opera. Miniopera downloads thru proxy server and at times proxy server is down or can not be reached due to various reasons.

In my mobile any application is not working. CC is telling that the reliance is not supporting to mobile internet applications service.

is it real?

My dear friend, I think you are using the old version 3.1 Mini Opera. Try installing the new version of Mini Opera 4 Beta and your problem must be solved at some extent.
